Charles Darwin University (CDU) is a dual-sector university, which means they offer a full spectrum of education and training opportunities in Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET). The Office of Learning, Teaching and Community Engagement supports the University in providing a properly coordinated institution-level approach to:

To create quality learning and teaching, CDU ensures there is more personalized attention given to students with its ability to offer smaller-class sizes and a low student-to-teacher ratio – about one teacher to every 15-20 students. Charles Darwin University has more than 24,000 students spread across 11 campuses and centres in the Northern Territory, as well as in Melbourne, Sydney and online.
